    It dyes really quickly the battery percentage goes down even when I’m not using it and my brightness always stays low

    Bought almost a year ago. Of course misplaced the paperwork. But now seems to lose sound. I have powered offf, reset. And just recently factory reset(thankfully that worked) but I’m pretty sure I have time left on warranty but without the packing slip can’t
    prove it.

    A great tablet .It does everything more expensive tablets do and is easy to hold and work with .I have had mine for more than a year .I had a10 inch one that was not as good and too cumbersome .

    Bought my daughters tablet at walmart in november and when she opened it for christmas she tried to charge it but it didnt want to turn on …now its too late to return or exchange ot at walmart ehat else can i do ?

    Bought for my 82 yr old father. He had only used three times before the screen began to only show rainbow color’s. Ernt to Walmart where purchased not 2 months ago and they would not exchange. Dad is heartbroken. I just want it replaced or repaired.

    This is the worst tablet on the market. My husband brought me one for Christmas. Its slow , it keeps freezing. I have factory reset twice and got new internet service. Still dont stay connected.

    I have two apps on this tablet and it takes a good mins to open either of them. I charged the battery yesterday, turned off both apps lol and its 100% dead on my couch the next morning

    These tablets are useless the voyager III are as well. The screen freezes turns white it will stop working all together. The Process system always stopping or not working properly. Not worth the money.

    I bought 3 RCA Voyager IIs for Christmas gifts. They were working fine and then my son’s kept saying he was not connected to the internet. I went into settings and made sure it was connected, but it kept saying “Authorizing/Authecation Error”. We haven’t used them in awhile. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Bought one 8/1/18 would not go past the voyager screen, returned to the store and traded it for another, will come on but will NOT connect to internet for more than 3 minutes. From completely charged to battery dead it 10 minutes max. Tried calling customer service, if rudeness was an Olympic game, RCA rep Steve would win the gold!

    Great tablet! Got it for the holidays last year everything worked fine until recently one side of the screen stopped responding and then was completely not working. Making it difficult to play games or use apps since most of the buttons are on the side of the screen that stopped, do I have to get a new one? Or do I have to get a screen replacement?

    Does not hold a charge at all. Battery drains even when turned off. Glad I checked it before giving as a gift. You get what you pay for .

    Just bought this haven’t had it for three days an its very poor charge fast but don’t hold battery. Knocks my WiFi connect off also Freeze’s up when searching can’t even play games this is a trash tablet !

    3 of the tablets were bought and given to all 3 of my kids and they have been a waste every since they got them back in April of 2018… They freeze up on them and battery want stay charged and white lines keep showing up on the screen…

    when im setting it up for the first time i clicked the language English, then i clicked start new, then i chose my internet connection then it checks for updates and it stays checking for updates how do i get it to load, ive even restarted the whole process over 3 times

    My husband got this tablet through his jobs website so there was no receipt, now the touchscreen is unresponsive and was told that i can’t get it fixed through warranty with out proof of purchase !! How am i to do this if my husband bought it through his job! I only had this tablet for 2 months for it to be unresponsive!!!

    Just bought 2 of the voyager lll 2 weeks ago set it up the kids were using them 3 days. The next day power them on they get stuck on the voyagerlll screen with the loading circle. Tried to do a hard reset and a factory reset all we get is a message that says mount failed cache failed permissions not allowed. Ive googled every thing possible for a fix and nothing works. I try to enter safe mode but safe mode never pops up. This is really aggravating. Ill probably never purchase RCA ever again.
